Nicole Day
Counsellor and Psychotherapist
Ma. Couns., Ba Psych.
Reg. ACA (Level 2).
The support I offer is grounded through experience in supporting people through grief and loss, life transitions, domestic violence, trauma, suicidal ideation, and formal mental health diagnosis including neuro-diversity, and other formal mental health diagnoses.
I work alongside individuals, couples, and families to identify and build on their strengths, and support meaningful change toward their preferred future.
I offer face-to-face and telehealth counselling for people aged 10+. I believe you are the expert in your own life. My role is to help you regain balance, discover new perspectives, and strengthen coping strategies that support your goals. I am a Masters-qualified counsellor registered with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA), with special interest in adolescents, neurodiversity, and eating disorders.

I feel privileged to work with many people as they reconnect with different parts of themselves in a way that makes sense to them. I am able to work with individuals, couples, and families. I particularly enjoy working with with adolescents navigating transitions and development between childhood and adulthood.
